My stay at this hotel was quite mixed. While the animation team kept everyone entertained and the grounds were beautiful, the service left much to be desired, particularly when it came to room amenities and responsiveness to our issues. The location by the beach is fantastic, but the dining experience could definitely use more variety. Overall, there were enjoyable aspects, but significant improvements are needed in certain areas.
